We understand that the most important part of providing a Legal service is to keep our Clients “In the Loop” of what’s happening on their matter. We appreciate that it is extremely frustrating when a client is paying for a service but doesn’t understand exactly what is happening. This is why we promise to keep in touch.
We will keep in touch with you via telephone, email, text messaging and real-time online case tracking and we promise to hold your hand through the transaction if needed. We are available to meet with you in person whenever necessary.
We appreciate the nature of legal matters and the importance of keeping to deadlines and as such, we promise to work to your timeframe.
If you have a concern, but just want some information on your rights, the procedure, timeframes, where you stand on a matter and an idea of likely fees then book an initial consultation to discuss your concerns. We offer a fixed fee consultation for 20 minutes at a fixed cost of £50.00 + VAT. This is usually enough time in which to get an overview of your situation and to offer you advice.
